Payment Policies
Private Pay Only
Sentry Psychological Evaluations does not accept insurance. All services are private-pay. A detailed superbill can be provided upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier.
Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of service. For written reports and evaluations, a deposit may be required at scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
